0.25 oz fragoli
0.5 oz amaro / liqueur amère 
1 oz romeo’s gin
2  dash of bittermens hopped grapefruit or other grapefruit bitters
Top with tonic fever tree elder flower
Garnish with 3 dehydrated strawberries

Add fragoli, amaro, bitter et the romeo’s gin directly in the glass.
Stirred with the bar spoon.
