- 1 oz of romeo’s gin
- 1 oz of Extra Dry Vermouth Noilly Prat
- 1 oz of Cocchi di Torino
- ¼ oz of Chinotto, orange liquor
- A few slices of dehydrated bananas
- 2 dashes of saline solution
- Garnish: toasted banana slice
Put the romeo’s gin, saline solution and the dehydrated banana slices in the mixing glass.
Stir with a spoon to lightly infuse the gin with the bananas.
Add the remaining ingredients and ice into the mixing glass.
Stir with a spoon.
Pour the cocktail into the glass and decorate with a slice of flambéed dried banana.
