- 1 oz of romeo’s gin
- 1 oz of Vermouth Noilly Prat Extra-Dry
- 1 oz of Cocchi di Torino
- ¼ oz of Chinotto, bitter orange liqueur
- A few slices of dehydrated bananas
- 2 dashes of saline
- Garnish: slice of dried banana flambé
Place the romeo’s gin, saline solution, and dried banana slices in the mixing glass.
Stir with the spoon to lightly infuse the gin with the bananas.
Add the other ingredients to the mixing glass and ice.
Mix with a spoon.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a small cup.
Decorate with a slice of dried banana flambé with a torch.
